John Peloquin is a software developer at W. Hardy Interactive, Inc. where he is responsible for developing a broad array of web and software solutions. John earned his B.A. in Mathematics at the University of California, Berkeley. His mathematical interests center primarily around the foundations (mathematical logic, set theory, recursion theory), with additional interests in analysis. His other primary academic interest is philosophy, where he has one undergraduate publication in the philosophy of religion.
Prior to college, John was creating web pages with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. He later studied server-side programming using ASP, PHP, SQL, and related technologies, and began developing software for the Microsoft Windows operating system. John also obtained Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) training, learning the fundamentals of computer network technology, design, and development.
John joined W. Hardy Interactive, Inc. in 2007 where he works with various technologies including ColdFusion, PHP, MySQL, MS-SQL, Flash/ActionScript, JavaScript and more. He also participates on projects with the Sun Solaris operating system and Java.
When John is not programming or blogging, he is usually juggling. He is currently working on 6 and 7 balls, and trying not to get too frustrated.
